Player/Goal of the Month: April 2009
Player of the Month - Paul Lorraine
 |
|
Lorraine - a bright spark. |
Perhaps for simply being a shining light over the season, Paul Lorraine picked up the player of the month award for April and it's hardly a surprise. His performances
throughout were one of few bright sparks in what was a miserable season and just about all the end of season awards went to him, as pictured. He probably wasn't the best player in April
but nobody stood out and he deserves all the awards he gets!
Goal of the Month - Liam Marum (v Barrow)
 |
|
Marum - celebrates. |
There were a few decent goals to choose from but Liam Marum's last minute strike against Barrow just managed to pip Oliver Bozanic's rocket against
Kidderminster Harriers at the post. Liam managed to skip past two defenders before finishing from the edge of the area.
